Tomatoes Magpie Tales#22

Seductive harlot red colour,

Sensuous, slightly sweet flesh,

Bursting with juicy splendour.

Labelled the devil's fruit,

A sinful indulgence.

Bright ruby red,

With aphrodisiac powers

Scandalous.

The Love Apple.

Tempting,

Adam and Eve.

The forbidden fruit that lost Eden

  8. Lush and juicy. This would make a bowl of Spanish gazpacho a very sinful experience. Thanks for your visit and comment on my blog today.

  11. Nicely written -- sort of makes me want tomatoes for some reason?! I particularly liked the description in the first three lines, a poem in themselves.

What a sinfully delicious delectable tale. I do love eating tomatoes straight from the vine - delightful.
